Prices and Booking

Accommodation prices quoted are for bed and breakfast, Meal times are pre arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken. Rates are per person per night based on two people sharing. There is a supplement for single occupancy, please ring for information. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guest’s property unless handed in for safe custody. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any guest cause any detriment to the hotel, wellbeing or comfort of other guests. During busy seasons there is usually a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Payments

A deposit equal to one nights charge is required to secure a booking. Balances are payable on arrival. Payment can be in cash, by cheque (supported by a guarantee card for the full amount) or by credit or debit card. If the deposit has been paid using a credit or debit card authorized account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction. (We do not charge extra for card payments)

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable and full booking charge will apply for all cancellations within 28 days of arrival date. If you cancel or shorten your booking we will charge an administration fee of £10. We reserve the right not to accept shortened bookings at busy times. No shows will incur your card being charged with the full amount of booking. If you tell us less than 28 days before your arrival date or after arrival, you will have to pay for the days you booked if we are unable to re-let the room. By booking this holiday you have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions detailed above. You can obtain insurance to protect yourself against this possibility.

Checking In & Out

We do not have 24 Hr Reception
We will therefore, ask you for your estimated check in time and that you notify us if this time is to change significantly. We also ask that you keep us informed on the day of any delays to your arrival time. This is to prevent us having to cancel any appointments in order for one of us to wait in for you and so that you are not left at the door waiting for us to return. Rooms are available from 1400 hrs and we ask that you vacate your rooms by 1100 hrs on the morning of departure so that we can service the room for the next guests. You may, by arrangement, leave your luggage with us outside these hours to make the most of your time in Blackpool. Front door keys are provided for late night access

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house If you break this rule you will be asked to leave immediately and a cleaning cost of £50.00 will be charged.
Takeaway meals may be eaten in the dining room but not in the bedrooms.
Any persons booking multiple rooms, either directly via the hotel or any third party will be responsible for all rooms booked, (this includes damage, unruly behaviour, or cutailment)
