Conditions of Booking

 

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt, And at the tariffs applicable according to season.  A deposit of £10 per person is required. Children are half the adult rate.
Balance to be paid on arrival.  If you wish to pay by cheque please remit at least 7 days prior to your holiday.  Authorized credit cards and cash paid on arrival. 
Meal times are pre arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Breakfast served at 9am. Evening meal 5pm.  Rooms available on day of arrival at 1pm.  Rooms must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guest’s property unless handed in for safe custody.  Should you be delayed on your journey and not be arriving at you intended arrival time, we would ask you to telephone and advise us accordingly.
In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let the named person will be liable to pay for the cost as per reservation, less an allowance for food and serviced.  Deposits are non refundable, but will be deductable from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
The proprietors reserves the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any guest cause any detriment to the hotel, wellbeing or comfort of other guests.
When a specific request is made for two people to occupy a large family room a supplement of £5 per person per day will be made.
Children under 12 years half price, under 5 free.
If the deposit has been paid using a credit or debit card authorized account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor.  The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.
By booking this holiday you have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions detailed above. It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance for your protection.
